Let’s talk Returns and refunds..

Deposit refunds:

On deposit payments we do not offer refunds. 

If you cancel your order after we started to manufacture your item, we might ask for 50% of your total upon cancellation.

 

Refunds of balance:

If the item is faulty (within guarantee period) you are entitled to get your bespoke item repaired. You must arrange to return the item at your own cost and you must arrange your own redelivery. (If you need help to get the item collected we might be able to help in which case collection and delivery fee will apply.) We will supply you with a return address.  

We do not offer refunds on bespoke items (all beds and sofas are bespoke-these made to your specifications and personalised).

Refund on balance of non bespoke items, if you changed your mind:

We offer a credit note which will be issued after you return the non bespoke item to our premises in original packaging within 14days after delivery.

If the non bespoke item is faulty within the guarantee period we will fix the item/ replace where it is appropriate.

 

Guarantee:

Only for goods. We do not offer refunds or guarantee on delivery or assembly services.

It’s worth noting that you don’t have any legal rights to return an item if it’s been damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse.

If your order qualifies for return, exchange or fixing you must pay a collection fee or you must return the item at your cost. 

By placing an order with Winterford you agree to our terms, if you do not accept our terms you might not use our services.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives, or I was sent the wrong item?

It is very important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign to confirm that it is in good condition. If you’re not happy, let the delivery team know at the time, and refuse delivery. 

Our quality team checks all products to ensure they are to the very best standards, before we deliver to you. 

How long will my refund take?

We will process your refund within 7 days of return of the products, however different banks and card company terms vary, so please allow up to 10 days for it to reach your account. We cannot issue refund unless you have returned the item,
