  • Delivery Information

    At Posh&Co, we offer a delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of £99 on our sofas, dining sets and £79 on our beds, this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders. We offer delivery to the majority of the mainland UK, however there are some postcode areas excluded.

     

    Returns

    To buy with confidence, as we offer a no-hassle 14-day returns period, from the date of your delivery. 

    Unwanted (non bespoke items) must be returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Failing to meet our terms will cause the item to be rejected for return.

    Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.

    Each sofa and bed is considered as bespoke, made to order item and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 48 hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your sofa or bed.

    Products that cannot be returned...

    • If received over 14 days ago (on standard items)

    • Have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)

    • Have been damaged

    • Bespoke, made for order items

    • Without original packaging and labels

    • Have been assembled in any way

    • Without delivery note

    If your order qualifies for return, exchange or fixing you must pay a collection fee or you must return the item at your cost.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To return an item, please contact us at winteriors.interior@yahoo.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Bespoke or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty
