Deposit Payment Terms
To confirm your order, a deposit is required and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery, payable in full by cash or bank transfer.
On delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect your items while they are still on our van. Once you’re satisfied with the condition, the balance payment will be required before we complete the handover.
By placing a deposit, you agree to these terms.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To return an item, please contact us at winteriors.interior@yahoo.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Bespoke or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
